Just want to introduce myself to those of you who don't know me yet.... I'm Mary... started on Atkins, then Curves diet plan, the a little South Beach.. now just Low Carb.... making my own rules! :clapping: I was 10 pounds from goal in February but then went completely off plan in the summer and gained 15 pounds back... time to get serious again!!!

Look forward to meeting everyone and getting to know all of you! :icon_hug:
