Hi all - I am new to this forum but have been doing LC for about 10 years on and off - that was until last year when I decided to change the way I looked at this WOE and create a podcast and blog to discuss what I was doing and how I was doing it! So far I have lost about 50 lbs since Jan 1 2007 and I have decided to re-enter induction TODAY to lose another 50! If you want to hear about my struggles and even help me out when I am feeling down please visit my podcast website at

I love this forum and the community though so I will be frequently dropping in here to say hello!

Thank you very much! I don't know why you needed to remove my link since it is only information I am trying to share but hey - it's your website right?
Is anyone else here doing podcasts or youtube type things? I would love to get involved!

Hi, Marc. Welcome to the forum. I'm so glad to hear of your success! I've done some podcasts and have a few blogs, also have a few forum sites.
I'm also starting re-induction today as I've been off this WOE for too long. Did you go off the diet, or are you having trouble? I was just curious as to why you were re-inducting.

We don't like subjecting our members to spam, which is unfortunately what a link in the first post looks like. And if I bend rules for one person, I gotta bend them for all.
We're definitely fans of good information, so after you've been around for awhile, I'm sure it won't be a problem. Thanks for understanding.
