Hi everyone!
First off, thanks for the invitation, I'm glad to be here!
As for me, I'm a thirty-something atkineer, been doing it for probably about 6 years off and on. While I don't have a lot of weight to lose, I have recently been diagnosed as hypothyroid, so I have to be careful to not let that change. I shot up this summer, gaining about 35 pounds from my 'goal' weight in no time flat. So, here I am atkinsing again (for good this time! No, really!)
As others have mentioned, a lot of my other health problems go away when I go low carb - I have more energy, no allergies, less pain in my joints, and all kinds of things like that. I don't know why I ever go off plan, honestly. :P
