This is a recipe from my dad... and I miss him very much.

Venison Roast

Soak roast overnight in the refridgerator in milk (works great with powdered mild)

Take a knife and stab as many deep holes in the roast as possible, then take a large onion and cut up into pieces and push them deep into the roast. When you think you have enough onion, put some more in, you won't be sorry! :)

Place roast in a roasting pan.

Sprinkle Whorchestershire sauce over the top, not too much, but enough to spread across the top.

Sprinkle garlic salt and seasoning salt across the top of the roast.

Pour an entire bottle of A1 sauce over the top.

Cover the top of the roast with slices of bacon.

Cover, and roast at 325 until done.

This roast is as good as any beef or pork roast you will find. Be careful to not overcook as most wild game will tend to dry if overcooked.

Enjoy!!!! You will not taste any wild game flavor in this recipe, it's delicious!
