I saw this thread on your blog thingy. Thought I would check it out. I wish there were more time in the day, I would haunt a lot of low-carb forums!! Low-carb friends is SO BIG!! But! I do love all the HELP that is there 24/7.
I don't know how you find the time to do all the exprimenting that you get done. How many ovens do you have? LOL And are they commercial size? LOL

LOL... Only one, single over. When I'm not cooking I'm thinking about cooking. Save for today, when I'm trying not to think about food (I'm not feeling 100%).

I need to organize my recipes better, to be honest!

I agree that LCF is huge, but it's also a great forum! I have known the folks at this one for about 4 years now, so for me this is more of a family, because of our associations through the years.
