Put the peanuts and the sweetener in the food processor and run it for four to five minutes. At first it will make a mushy nut ball. When done, there will be a very thin, slick layer of oil on top.

That's it! I store it in mason jars.

For crunchy peanut butter, you can save back a handful of peanuts. Once the peanut butter is done, drop in the handful and do a few short bursts on your processor until the nuts are just the size you like.
