My name is Debbie.We live in the mountains of Montana in a small chalet type house. Ive been married for 31 yrs this Valentines Days.We have two daughters and two beautiful grandaughters .Im and identical twin and will be 50 in January:crying:.
I started Atkins two years ago,and lost 41 pounds and then stalled! Got frustrated and have just been battling the same 5 back and forth for the last year.Ive done South Beach,Jenny Craig,starvation, Ediets,you name it! LOL.
Ive aquired my daughters treadmill so that is my winter goal ,to get the hang of that thang! This seems like a very friendly place to hang out:clapping:

Hi Deblynn and welcome. You certainly don't look anywhere near 50 lady! Looks like you've discovered the fountain of youth. I want a treadmill too. Used one last winter and had a blast on it.

hi deblynn,
i know all about the quit smoking i smoked for 45 years and quit 1 year 3mo. ago and it is a very hard thing to do. just stick with it and every month it does get better it is the trigger craves that you have to do battle with. good luck
