Hi all, nice to see some familiar faces. I look forward to gettiing to know everyone and working towards a low carb success story of my own.

I have fallen and working on getting up again, that caffine is taking me down for the count lately. I have all new toys that i got for Christmas (New Hamilton Beach Grill, a food processor, new kitchen utensils a whole bunch of storage containers and a DVD player) so i really have no excuse.

I can feel the change in me since i have fallen and know i always feel better on plan. So i guess i am gonna start the new year off before christmas.

Hi everyone, thanks for the welcomes.

Yes wanna, my parents go to Jamaica for a month over the holidays so we celebrate christmas early right before they leave because i don't like opening presents by myself lol. And most of my family is out of town so they send me their presents and i am horrible, i open them before christmas lol.

i am such a kid, no control when it comes to presents lol.
