Sorry I'm late. Been in town all day. I did manage to lose that pound I gained on vacation. Hopefully things can get back to normal again and I can do better. DH is feeling more motivated now too.

Well I haven't stepped on the scale yet. I know I went up (10 pounds) over the holidays, so I'm hoping to show some sort of loss. We shall see.

dang, I'm sad...I got on the scale at the beginning of this challenge, then fell off the wagon, at my worst I peeked at the scale and nearly wept, I'd actually put on an additional 7 pounds...I have it under control now I think, but I'm going to avoid the scale until the last minute...so if I come out at zero (meaning I lost the extra 7 only) I'm going to count that a OK in my book (not great, but I stopped the slide). So here I am, owning up to my foibles!

Kathy ~ I'm so glad that you caught it before it went any further!!! I know that alot of people to say to stay off of the scale but I honestly have to weigh everyday... I try not to get obsessed about it but if I weigh everyday, I know where my weight is going... if I see it going up, I'll focus more... if I see it going down, I get incentive and work even harder!!!
