I'm struggling to keep my goal but I'm still in the challenge just to maintain what I've accomplished.

Still struggling with the water retention, but making better food choices. So frustrating to not really know how you're doing. Guess the thing to do is to just keep making good food choices and hope that it will all come together. No change in my weight since last week.

Well... if it makes you feel any better.... I haven't been doing the greatest either.....I just have a hard time on the weekends.... like yesterday, we were running around so we grabbed a hoagie... It killed me to eat it but it was my only choice or starve... I only had a small piece but I still ate it!! Then last night munched on popcorn & chips while watching a movie! Atleast it's only a handful and not the whole bag!!

I haven't weighed lately either.... I have a feeling that I'm up a pound or two.... is it the weather or what????
