I am a long-time Atkineer (since about 1984), but have been off-plan much more than on!

I know that when I'm living the Atkins lifestyle, I feel energetic, don't suffer from allergies and headaches, I don't have acne, I have less stress, I need less sleep, I feel more organized, clear-headed and organized, and I know that I'm actually much more fulfilled overall!

I am a mom to four kids, live in Colorado, and have a dog and a cat.

I am so glad to know so many of you through growing friendships at other boards, and look very much forward to keeping those friendships alive, while we take our journeys to good health together.

I am so proud of all of you, and so thankful to all of you.

LOL Terry. I wish we were past the laundry. That which we can wrestle from the dog, we wash. She loves eating dirty underwear, and that's, well, just a little gaggy.

kat-- We like Colorado a lot! you know, today was -1 degree and it didn;t feel that cold. Because it's a dry cold. It's very comfortable. Now, when the wind picks up out of the mountains? Woo boy! It will take your breath away! I miss a lot about Texas, like flowers in winter, but I don't miss the humidity or the fireants. I know! you should move here!!!

Chris-- You know, when I first kinda met you and you were a big celeb, I lived in Texas, but I was just a peon member looking for an autograph. You never noticed me. *sniff*
