Here you can find delightful desserts, cakes or other goodies that are of a subtle sweetness. To achieve this, I use either lowcarb sweeteners or small doses of natural sugars, such as from dates, honey, syrup or molasses. Desserts are a treat. Delicious, pampering our tastebuds – but small enough for that a spoonful of honey used in the whole recipe will not harm your lowcarb balance.
